Music to train by

Some friends have asked what I listen to as I slog throughout the miles on my ipod. To say that my taste in music is  diverse  is being somewhat being polite, but at the moment  am listening to Black Eyed Peas E.N.D. album, some old Puff Daddy stuff, sex pistols, Devo and Radio Ink. Get behind Radio Ink – they are a new-ish Aussie band that have a great sound and need all of the home grown support they can get. Check our their website here, by their music and vote, vote, vote for them whenever they are on the hot 30 (they won this week – vote for them next week). Their song “lipstick” is AWESOME to listen to as you are running down the km’s, so is “Wish U were here”. Also have JC Chasez “All day long I dream about sex” is pretty good and “rock superstar” by those lovely young men in Cypress Hill (no “I’m 19 and angry at my father” syndrome there AT ALL) also bops along. To be honest, anything that can distract me from the fact my heart is hammering in my ears and my last meal is about to make an unscheduled appearance works for me.
