Awesome – I am now going to go and eat some carrot sticks and not leave pools of dribble on the floor as I follow my kids around, hoping they drop food. Dropped food has no calories. Really. Oh dear, this is not going to be easy at all.
July 10th – 1st weigh since starting BOOBS campaign
Weight 126kg (bugger but not unexpected due to injury/illness and attitude/motivation re dieting appears to have gone on an extended break) To be honest, yes, I’m disappointed but also relieved – I have managed to put on 6kg in one month before, so 1kg is not causing me to freak out and go for a swim in a vat of KFC gravy and chips. The good news is that I have dropped 4.5cm overall, so that means that the exercise I’m doing is helping to tighten up the “overall package”. No surprise the bicept measurement went up either – I’ve been restricted to upper body and weights work for the last 3 weeks.

Soooooo… no weight loss but I am 4.5cm down. According to my trainer this is good news – the cms are going down, which means toning is happening. She is optimistic that the results next month there will be weight loss. I guess that’s up to me.
August 12th 2nd weigh in since B.O.O.B.S. started
Weight – 125kg hurrah!!!! Back down to where I started. You don’t have to pay for this kg, BTW.

So, everything is now going in the right direction. The good news is that my motivation is heaps better and I aim to lose 2-3kg by next weigh in. The gain in the lower thigh has been put down to me having my love/hate relationship with the step machine. My bust measurement is the most impressive performer so far when it comes to cms lost – appropriate, considering this is a B.O.O.B.S. campaign

Have to admit to feeling just a teensy bit pleased. Hurrah! Also, I have dropped 11cm all up, which is also a nice feeling. Am off to have celebratory green tea and then go to bed. I am absolutely stonkered from all of the exercise I’ve been doing.
October 17th

I am absolutely stoked with these results. As I posted earlier this month, the last 3 weeks have been completely shit house and I have been in maintenance mode so I could cope, as the stress was pretty insane. I kept training and for THE FIRST TIME EVER I did not put on ONE GRAM when this happened. It may not mean much to you but I don’t have words to describe how happy I am about this. I also have managed to keep my cms going down – since June I have lost 16 cm. YAY!!!
Back on the wagon – it’s kind of like a start all over again!!!
Weight – 136kg. Not so happy about this but I can’t do anything except make it go down

Waist – 133.5cm OOPS!!!! when my husbad saw this page, he reckoned I had this wrong. Sure enough, it turns out my measurement is 114cm – I must have had the tape measure all wrong (twisted up, back to front etc)

Neck – 42.5cm
overall Cm – 622cm 602.5cm had to adjust this once I worked out I’d stuffed up my waist measurement!!

Am very pleased with this! Have dropped 4kg, which is a healthy weight loss and around 8cm. Happy happy! The biceps measurement is the only one that has gone up, but I am not surprised byt this, as Mistress Pain has been giving me heavier arm weights and we’ve been concentrating on building my upper body strength. Not quite at the “check out these guns!!” stage but I got really excited last week when I actually found some muscle definition in my tricep area.

Huzzah! Another reduction in measurements and weight. Am really happy I’ve lost weight as I was off training for close to 3 weeks with cold/cough/flu/sinus infection joy and every other time I have done that, I’ve blown the diet and put on weight and not shifted centimeters. Onwards and upwards (or downwards????) for next month.

Boo yah! Mores cms off and another kg gone. Happy happy joy joy. ANother good thing is that my measurements are finally smaller than they were when I first started this blog (585.5cm on 1/6/09) and I am only up 4kg from where i was when I started. The lowest I got was 123kg since starting this blog, so I am gunning for that weight right now! It’s my first “target”weight.

Hi all, sorry about the lateness, have been working hard and lost track of time (and my diary. I can’t find the bugger anywhere). SO here we go

2 kgs less and 8.5cm down! Nothing much else to say except HOORAY!!!!!!!!!!! As a side note, although I am 2 kg heavier than my inital start weight, I am 13.5cm down from my starting measurements. I guess this means that even as weight can fluctuate, if you keep exercising the measurements show your progress in other ways.
Good on you Emma, I know how hard it is when you’ve had a crappy week/month and it is great to see you focus on the good that you have managed to achieve. I really admire you going all out with this. Cheers Di

Awesome numbers! Lower leg is the same as when you began and you’ve got a bit bigger in the bicep, but across the board everything else is smaller. Nice work!

Got very excited this morning – had to retire a pair of jeans as they are literally falling off!!
